As an Account Manager you will take over the communication & management of our clients’ Amazon Seller accounts. Managing the accounts in cooperation with our distant customer support team will be one of your main tasks. Besides that, you will be responsible for improving the sales performance of our clients by using all the available tools and services we offer. The tasks include:
Monitor and Report Weekly & Monthly Sales Performance and take actions accordingly
Monitor & manage customer support agents for the Seller Central Accounts
Propose, execute & monitor Pay Per Click Campaigns on Amazon Seller Central
Support process improvement & automation projects to drive increased efficiency and ease of doing business
Handle Communication with new clients
Create Proposals in co-operation with the whole team for new clients
During the first weeks full training on all the involved tasks will be provided.
